With regards to commercial and industrial properties we are used to carrying out a large range of maintenance and improvement works. We have done this over the previous 20 years for our Local Authority, County Council & NHS trust. When working in the commercial & industrial sector we have become used to its demands, we are used to working alongside the local authorities with regards to fire and building regulations to ensure your property is up to the standard required. Upon request we can provide you with all necessary risk assessments and method statements.
When working in the domestic sector we are very flexible to work around the requirements of a tenant or homeowner to ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and that the property is left in an excellent condition upon completion. All our staff are DBS checked, fully uniformed and carry photo ID.
