Major Repairs & Refurbishments

 

Where major repairs & refurbishments are required we would attend the property and provide a free estimate. If plumbing or electrical works are required we could also deal with this on your behalf using the same local contractors we have used for over 25 years. All electrical and plumbing work would be certified as required and documention provided upon completion.
